Looking for inputs on Psychology under grad programs in Davis, Urbana-Champaign, Minnesota and OSU
Since that degree really requires a graduate school, I wouldn’t pay a premium for any of them.

since these are all large schools, the difference in your future isn’t which one you select (assuming the schools are a fit for you in terms of cost, type of students, location, etc). The difference is the effort you put in to get good grades, and whether you take the initiative to get to know some profs so you’ll have strong and personalized letters of rec for grad school.
