<p>My daughter was attending a talk at her high school with other students with a very selective college. Admissions officer said he had an inquiry list, and there was someone he was hoping to meet. He then read my daughter’s name(she was on the only one)! She was very surprised, she had never visited or contacted this school. She had recently become interested in finding out more about the school from friends. She had received emails and mail from the school, among the thousands of other schools everyone receives. She did like the talk he gave, and was flattered she was on his list. She doesn’t know what this means. Neither do I. She said no admissions officer has done that at any of the other talks at her school. Does anyone know about this kind of thing? I think my daughter is planning to more seriously look into this school.</p>
