INROADS question/help

I’m currently filling out my INROADS application and I was curious as to the process of what occurs once I submit my app. Also, I feel a bit in a hurry to turn my application in early, despite it not being due until March, because I hear that the process is almost done on a first-come, first-serve basis.

However, I am currently a freshman at Cal and I don’t have a college GPA yet, but I should expect it to be somewhere in the 3.6-4.0 range. So in place of my college GPA, I am submitting my high school GPA (4.1) and my GPA from community college (4.0)–I took 3 CC courses during high school.

I want to intern for competitive firms such as Deloitte, PWC, and IBM and currently have an accounting (private practice) internship under my belt. Am I competitive enough to hope to land these sort of internships or should I wait to receive my college GPA?

Sorry for all the questions, any help is appreciated.

It says if you’re a first semester freshman, you should not put down a college GPA or use your high school GPA.

I’m in the process of applying too…although I still need to do those candidate assessment questions.

After you apply, I think you have to go through training which is basically a really long powerpoint, and then you interview for firms and the firm either hires you or doesn’t.
