what do u think??it was a sc question

I remember putting pedestrian for something.

Pedestrian. And when you post, include your scores from last time so we can get an idea of the weight of your opinion.

So for me that would be: 710, three wrong, four omits.

Pedestrian

or, nossilloc, we may not have taken it last time.

it was pedestrian. shouldn’t you check the CR thread before starting a new thread for a single question?

i put pedestrian.
I don’t know why.
It’s one of the questions I guessed on.
apparently i got it right :D

It would make more sense to post our scores from this time :P, since people tend to study harder for their second SAT.

Pedestrian.

coming from someone who scored 760 last time and may have improved this time.

can anyone tell me the context again? I don’t even remember those words…

If I remember correctly, it was about some guy who did a bunch of research for a book, and even though his analysis was “pedestrian”, it was still “comprehensive” or some other word to that effect. I put pedestrian.

Oh and I got an 800 (-2) in CR on the May test.

Ugh, I don’t feel so confident this time around, the Shakespeare passages threw me for a loop…

Pedestrian. 740 on March Test.

quick side question: hotjava is that -2 mean two omit or two incorrect? I was just curious because I didn’t think it was possible to get two incorrect and still get an 800. Thanks.

2 omit and 2 incorrect give you the same raw score…

Pedestrian. 10 inches with a ruler.

^hahaha

pedestrian by the way

I put pedestrian - 730 but only one wrong on the vocab (I didn’t study either time)

BTW my brother got 800 on the CR with two wrong, so it’s definitely possible.

I got 770 CR on the May test with -3 and you guys are telling me that you got 800 with -2? Grrr, how can 1 question make a 30-point difference?

probably because they round down… :(

actually they round up now. 2 wrong is -2, used to be -3. but yeah, -3.75 still rounds to -4.

It was two wrong, dbacker.
I have a really hard time omitting questions, even when I’m not sure of the answer. I only omit when I don’t have enough time, and that rarely happens anymore, thank God. :)

So that probably means that in order to get a 780 or 790 on CR on that date you’d have to omit a problem or two . . . but nobody aiming for 800 ever does that!
