<p>I need sleep, my head hurts, nothing I am reading makes sense, and I haven’t slept properly for days. But I can’t seem to sleep. When I close my eyes, all sort of stuff starts floating around in my mind and my head starts feeling numb.
Any suggestions on how to get some proper sleep and rest for this insomniac ?</p>

<p>Always shower before you go to bet.
Read something really boring.</p>
<p>For most men, we um romance ourselves and that just knocks is out. idk if that works for girls.</p>
<p>I pick up a Margaret Atwood book when I can’t sleep. I start reading it. I fall asleep.</p>

<p>Maybe if too many things are going through your head, you could put the TV on in the background and pay attention to that instead of thinking a lot. I listen to the TV and then I can fall asleep.</p>
