<p>Hi all, I’m a CC '16 student. I play the double bass, and would love to play in the CU orchestra and/or some jazz ensembles. My problem is this: bass is obviously a pretty huge instrument, and I’d rather waste my ~100 square feet of dorm space on my bass. Is there any space on campus, perhaps in the music department or a performance hall or something, where student musicians can store their instruments? I tried searching the Columbia music department’s webpage, but to no avail. Thanks!</p>
