SPS, SAS and Episcopal have no day students. Deerfield and Hotchkiss have very few. Many schools have 20% or more. Of these, which schools do a good job of integrating the day students so that boarders don’t feel abandoned at night? For example, I felt that Andover focuses more on this than Exeter. L’ville assigns day students to a residential “House.” Other comments?

I know at Exeter day students are allowed to have ALL meals on campus including the ones on weekends. Many of them stay as late as 7:00 and on special circumstances are allowed to board for a night.

Our tour guide at PEA was a day student and made it sound like the day students all hung around together. It wasn’t the only reason, but we decided not to apply.
