Intellectual Diversity on college campuses?

During the 2011-2012 school year, the University released its action plan for Faculty Diversity and Excellence. The plan — which outlined the University’s goals and strategies for recruiting diverse faculty and leadership — pledged $100 million to the cause over five years.
