Intended Majors

I am an incoming junior at my high school, and I am lost when it comes to choosing a major. I am considering anything from psychology to biology to neurology. I really do not know, so I am taking classes for each of the subjects so that I can hopefully find the major for me.

In the meantime, I was wondering what everyone’s current or intended majors were and why the chose that major. If you can, please also state which schools you would like to attend if they are advanced in that major.

Thanks!

Intended Major: ?
Reason: ?
Schools: Stanford, Brown, Cornell, UC Berkeley, Yale

Just a heads up… if you are an incoming Junior, it means you won’t need to pick a major for four more years.

Yeah, and in admissions, it actually helps if you pick a major that would give you an advantage (ex. Women in Engineering, Men in Nursing).

International Relations for me with a focus on European-US relations.

“I am considering anything from psychology to biology to neurology”

you just described a neuroscience or biopsychology major. congratulations- you have a major.
