If I apply to transfer from Business to Engineering at UIUC, will I still have a spot in the College of Business if I do not get admitted into Engineering?
I am assuming you are referring to applying for a transfer after you have already started attending UIUC. Any transfer request at UIUC, if denied, has no impact on your existing status at UIUC, and, as to your question, you would remain in COB.
