<p>I am wondering if this major has any practicality, or is it simply a one way street to law school?</p>

<p>If someone majors in international relations at a good college, are there jobs in that field?</p>

<p>Or is it simply roughly akin to majoring in political science?</p>

<p>It SOUNDS like an interesting major, but again, how practical is it?</p>

<p>You could be a consultant at an international corporations, consult for government agencies, work for the department of state as a foreign service worker or diplomat.</p>

<p>If you want to work in any foreign NGO, government, service organization or international business, it’s going to be highly applicable.</p>
