Intercampus Transfer from Berkeley to UCLA

Hi, I am currently a second year student at Berkeley hoping to transfer to UCLA to finish the last two years of my undergrad. I was wondering if there are any other people who have successfully transferred from a different UC to UCLA who would be willing to share there experience or stats. I have a good GPA (4.0) but I am not sure if just grades alone are good enough for me to gain acceptance. Would my reasons to transfer be important as well and should these reasons be mentioned in the personal statement? I am a pre-med so maintaining a high GPA is very important to me. I am interested in several majors at UCLA and was wondering if anyone could let me know which of the following majors have easy major requirements that will allow me to have a high GPA by the time I graduate to still be competitive for medical school: 1) Biology, 2) Human Biology and Society, 3) Psychobiology, 4) Psychology. In addition, I will have finished all of me pre-med requirements such as 2 yrs of Chem, 1 yr of Bio, English and Math by the time I transfer to UCLA. I just need to complete Physics at UCLA so I was wondering if there is a Physics series at UCLA that most pre meds take and whether or not these classes are difficult. I am also interested in gaining a research position so can someone tell me how most undergrads go about this? Is there a program that undergrads can apply to or do most students just have connections or email professors that they are interested in working with. Thanks for the help :)

there is the physics 6 series, and if youre at the top of the curve, you are assured an A. and if you have a 4.0 right now at berkeley, you should be good here at ucla.
