I’ve also gotten my portfolio reviewed by WUSTL when they came to the Corcoran Museum here in the DC Metro Area for Portfolio Day. The review was overwhemingly positive and I also went to a WUSTL get together at an architecture firm in DC. People on this site always talk about showing interest and I’ve been added to their mailing list like nine times now.

Finally I plan on applying to thei Portfolio Plus Summer art program for High School students.

Is there anything that strikes you all as in need of improvement

Fellow IBer here. Your art looks great (I didn’t take IB art, but I remember all the photos being thrown around at my school), and your specs are good too. Keep showing interest, they might give you a travel grant. I showed interest over the summer, and I visited on grant in September. Good luck!

Art’s hard to say in terms of scores and such. Just keep your grades up and make sure your SATs are strong- I don’t exactly know what they expect for art students, but I’d figure at least a 2050, which it seems like you’re on track to get :-D

@engelmann16, did you get accepted into the Sam Fox School?
