The majority of states in this country make it difficult to gain residency for tuition purposes.
That is a fact.
I never said that majority of states in this country don’t make it difficult to gain residency for tuition purposes. I’ve only said that lots do make it easy, like U of Utah. And I was accused of "bluff[ing]. They aren’t the only university that makes it relatively easy. Lots do and I’ve provided examples. There’s no “point” to be made.
Do you have any experience working in higher education and residency issues? I believe I’m entitled to ask given your comments.
