Called the Admissions Office today and they told me that they have not begun to look at transfer applications yet. That means I get to send in my Winter Quarter grades, yay (they were decent)! Also, anyone have any info. on if it is easier to transfer into some majors than others? For example, I know it is REALLY hard to transfer into Marshall. I am applying as a religious studies major from UCSB…any thoughts?

One more thing, I heard that it is easier to get in if you don’t apply for financial aid?? Any truth to this?

All admissions are need-blind. So it makes absolutely no difference whether you apply for financial aid or if you get any.

They won’t send out most transfer stuff until may probably at earliest. Also, if you’re currently a freshman then they will definitely ask for your spring grades as well.
