<p>The ad officer said my decision decision was mail on May 29th, but I still hasn’t received by now. Do you think it is a bad news? Because it must go surface mail to take such a long time, and surface mail always means rejection. what do you think?</p>

<p>Well, if you’re a transfer student, you can login to USConnect.usc.edu and if you were accepted you will see a new option of “Enrollment Commitment Deposit.” </p>

<p>If you don’t have that, that means you were not accepted, or not accepted YET.</p>
