<p>Any body have any idea, or know from experience, if a lot of international students get off the waitlist?</p>
<p>My understanding is that even with the waitlist, the adcom tries to admit applicants from different states (in the US), so my guess is that at the most, only 1-2 people in your city (for international applicants) will get off the waitlist… is this a good prediction or is it baseless?</p>
