International Books

Are international books ok to use? I'm taking ANT 2410 and one of the books is outrageously expensive but the international version of the book is about 80-100 dollars cheaper.

It depends on the class. Often the international edition have different "problem sets" so if there's homework from the book, they're no good. Otherwise the content is the same.

For a class like ANT I can't see it being a problem, but I'd wait till class starts to verify.

One caveat with international books is that the quality usually isn't up to par (in terms of paper, ink and binding).
