International College Experience

Can someone give me some pointers as to where to look for an international college experience? Particularly, colleges with strong study abroad programs, large international student populations, many language classes offered (or free language classes like Northeastern University’s NUCALLS), and/or intense language classes offered (like Middlebury’s program with the language pledge).

I’ve applied to UNC Chapel Hill, which claims to have the best study abroad program of any public college, and I’ve been accepted to Northeastern University (International Business program) and Fordham University (Gabelli Business School). Can anyone tell me what they think of these schools as far as cost and availability of international opportunities?

Should I be researching programs like Columbia/Sciences Po, or foreign colleges such as McGill (Montreal) and St. Andrews (Scotland)? What schools look favorably upon IB Diploma candidates?

Languages I’m most interested in: Spanish (I’ve taken six semesters), Hindi, Italian, ASL, French (one semester), and Arabic.

bump, anybody got answers?
thanks in advance!

Northeastern places all their BSIB students in overseas co-ops and all of them are paid, many with major firms like Goldman, Merrill, Fidelity, etc. You can also end the program with two degrees, one from Northeastern and one from your overseas college. I believe you must spend two years overseas though (one year for single degree). The program is very intense and does not have any flexibility. You must be very dedicated to get through it.
