<p>y17k - have you got your e-mail confirmation yet? If so, when did you send your application? I have a feeling the e-mail should tell you if there is an alum in your area to interview you, but internationals, feel free to correct me on that one.</p>
<p>I’m starting to worry coz I’ve not got my e-mail confirmation yet, and I know my application arrived by 1st november coz i sent mine by UPS.</p>
<p>What does UPS stand for? If it stands for normal mail then I would be worried if I were you. But if you sent in your application online, then Yale doesn’t send email confirmation.</p>
<p>Also, make sure if you have a different mailing address and home address, then you have put it on the yale SUPPLEMENT. I foolishly forgot to put my Australian address on the supplement (even though I put in on the common app) and they sent it to my Korean address!</p>
<p>Contact them if you are worried; that should clear things up!</p>
<p>ups is universal postal system or service (not sure about the s) and it’s supposed to be faster than normal post. they also have a tracking service that tells you when your letter/package arrives at the destination, so I KNOW it got there on time. yeah i don’t wanna panic unecessarily, if no e-mail confirmation arrives bu the end of this week, i will call.</p>

<p>Nope… I sent my app online and got an email confirmation almost 2 weeks later. Haven’t got my snail mail copy though. I think the alumni interview info is on the snail mail copy, as it wasn’t in my email.</p>
