<p>Is there any liberal arts college established outside the USA?</p>
<p>I read somewhere on the net just now about a LAC Singapore. I dont know the name though. But we wont get fin aid in International LACs and the fees and the cost of living will probably be too hot to handle. If there is a LAC in Russia, dont go. Since Moscow is the costliest city to live in in the world</p>
