University of Oslo International Summer School in Norway has an IR class you can take. Probably one of the best deals you can get regarding studying abroad if you’re able/willing/interested. 6 weeks abroad – $3060, includes everything except flights, plus you get to go on a free excursion! I’m actually in the IR class as I type this XD
