<p>On the one hand, they announce cancellations of known cheating nests. On the other hand, they reward the perennial cheaters with yet another recycled test and let the internationals feast on the spoils of the US June 2007.</p>

<p>When will this cynical and cavalier attitude cease?</p>

<p>It is not cheating to use any and all available published tests for study and practice.</p>

<p>It is only stupid and/or lazy of the examining authority to use the same questions.</p>
