i think it’s 11.6
11<x<12

I think it was 11<x<12

I went for C for the garden question, I think.

I definitely remember finding something wrong with A, but I can’t remember exactly. It doesn’t need a verb for the second part the sentence “It was the biggest and largest” doesn’t need two verbs, so neither does “it was the biggest and, with 250 square feet, the largest.” get my point?

I think the band math questions was III only, but I can’t remember exactly what I II and III were.

Hi guys, i gave the October International SAT. I have a doubt… it’s about a question, which is not hard per se, but weird, i’m worried i read it wrong; it was something along the lines:

You’re given 3 triangles: 2 of them are equilateral, and their sides are given ( 6,6,6 and 10,10,10 ), and you’re given a 3rd triangle which shares 2 of the sides of the respective equilateral traingles( 6 and 10) AND it is also at a right angle, which implies the final side(x) is 8. Get me so far?

But the answer choices were weird, something like

What is the length of the side x ( which i think is 8) :

8<x<9
9<x<10
etc etc

i chose point A, but i really didn’t get why the answers were in form of inequalites anyone remember this question?

@maxyend

what was the original botany garden question anyway?
i mean like choice A

What was the answer to #29 (last IS) in writing?
about how it wasn’t told that the researcher/scientist’s income would be affected bla bla bla
was it no error or “would be”?

@miasanmia, like I said, I can’t remember exactly, I just remember seeing something I considered a mistake in it.

@ user22
it is a rectangular so with one side 10 and the other 6, you could calculate the answer. The third side is between 11 and 12

Did people get “spanning many eras”?

@ maxyend
another problem for C:
'it was the biggest and, with 250 square feet, the largest’ there is no need to put ‘with’. just simply say ‘… and 250 square feet, the largest’

What was the answer to #29 (last IS) in writing?
about how it wasn’t told that the researcher/scientist’s income would be affected bla bla bla
was it no error or “would be”?

@slove
i chose no error there were like 3 no errors that i chose in the ie

I’m pretty sure it was C.
99.99999% sure

now, What was the answer to #29 (last IS) in writing?
about how it wasn’t told that the researcher/scientist’s income would be affected bla bla bla
was it no error or “would be”?

really? is it not “would have been”?
oh no…

No, Zhshshzh44, that would be an awful sentence. “It is the oldest and, 250 square feet, the largest” is not a correct sentence, the with is necessary.

i think the no errors were in 17,26 and 29???

@ maxyend
You are right. ’ with 250 square feet’ is just parenthesis

@maxyend

Did you get “spanning many eras”?

C was correct for the garden one.
I got spanning many eras too.

Yes, Coldflame, I got “multiple eras” but I’m still not sure about that one. It was probably the question I was least sure about when answering.
