International SAT October 2012: Y U NO discuss?

I’m quite surprised as well. My writing score does not improve… either I do better in the MC and write a horrible essay, or I do terrible in the MC and write an amazing essay.

CR: 800
MATH: 760
WRITING: 760

I knew I did terrible in math this time. I was so upset (at hindsight) that I messed up a question. But I don’t really understand how missed two questions. I was expecting a 780.
Now, I have to really work on my writing for the SAT in December. I’ll be really upset if I don’t get something near a 2400. I know I sound really stupid for wanting such a high score but I heard it’s totally do-able. I’ll aim high.

^ I got a 760 for maths too, also no idea how I got two wrong. I usually get 0 or 1 wrong in practice tests, and there were no questions I was unsure about on this test.

@Maxyend
I know you are good at CR. Can you possibly know which of your answers in this thread are wrong? I know you made mistakes on “incensed” and “surprise…”, but there seem to be 2 more wrong answers as you have a 760. My score is still not yet available, so I would like to estimate my score to decide whether to take the December SAT.

^760 is only three wrong. Yeah, those two I got wrong. I honestly don’t know what the other mistake is that I made.

Not knowing your score must be terrible. I am retaking it on saturday, but I have not practiced at all since the last test, so I’m a bit screwed.

@Maxyend
No, you are talented. How many times have you taken the SAT( I meaning the reasoning test)?

^October was my first try. Saturday will be my last.

Then good luck with your Saturday test.

Looking through my score report, it turns out I did have 4 wrong on CR… two of which were easy passage questions… :(

Just saw my full report.
It says that I omitted 1 CR and 2 Math. But I answered all questions! Does anyone else have a similar problem?

Damn, I hope the Dec SAT will be better…

I got 5 wrong in Math… wow. I’m a 100percent sure I had omitted one, but it shows no omits. Not that it matters much… but still. Anyone else facing this problem?

@DuffMan It was the opposite for me. I omitted an answer in Math, but it’s showing it to be wrong. Damn… I hope they didn’t make more mistakes like this.

@DuffMan1991 isnt the recording one wrong because “popular 50 years since recording it’ should b 'popular 50 years since its recording”?

@Maxyend‌ hey… this is a bit… late but i just did the January 2015 SAT and i got the exact same test as you guys… mind shedding some light for us if you remember anything? and please do share your scores.
