International SAT October 2012: Y U NO discuss?

I think I chose correct but imprudent. Can anyone find the passage or remember the question better?

confirm

one question for the writing section, about the war over, congress blablabla the last question in the improving sentence. I kinda chose A

^Yes, A for the war question. Of of the other answer choices included an unnecessary “so”.

Yep. Judged under the same rules for fairness.

yeah, but the sentence sounds weird

oh, then my writing section sounds perfect to me expect I omitted the last question in the identifying error , something about hinted at blabla

Yeah, I chose A as well.

the only question I had about that question was ‘at’ for hint, but it turned out to be correct

for the question of women invention, i also think the answer is necessity is the mother of invention.

BTW, how many E in that writing section, mine was almost four

What did you guys get for the sentence completion about the painter, Maria Cassatt. The one with renegade, recluse and philistine in options?

I think the “at” was superfluous.
You hint at something, BUT the sentence said like: That the pharmaceutical company would benefit from the research was not even hinted in the paper.
Paraphrase: In the paper it was not hinted that the paharmaceutical company would benefit.

but then isnt “hinted at in the…” repetitive?
why the extra preposition?
thought it shoud’ve been “hinted in the…”

my experimental one was also writing, and it was weird that there were five consecutive E in the improving sentence

only 2 or 3 E ???

no, according to my experience, there have to be 3 or 4 E in IE

sorry get it wrong, I mean in IE…

What did you guys put in for the queston about Kennedy beginning the space program? Did you leave ‘had began’?

more exact wording, but i feel that it was in IE

which one, i got completely no idea
