I know there is a list of schools that take US financial aid, and my daughter has a great interest in studying over seas. She is a bright under achiever with a mediocre GPA. Is there somewhere that I should put at the top of my list for affordability?
Does she have APs/IB, good SAT/ACT or SAT subject tests? These will be important.
