<p>I’ve heard there are PhD programs in non-predominantly English speaking countries that offer science PhD programs conducted in English. I’m talking about the PhD field in the biosciences in particular. Anyone of of any reputable universities that do this?</p>

They are generally strong in sciences.</p>
