You have to send the transcript from your current school whether you are applying as a freshman or transfer student (most US colleges will consider you a transfer, but check each website of the colleges where you intend to apply).
Are you suggesting you would apply as a freshman and not divulge that you are currently in college? And give up the credits you earn this year?
If that is your plan, it is likely to not work… All college student records are contained at the National Student Clearinghouse, so it’s likely any school will find out that you have already attended college.
