I am non-native English speaker but I used to attend a school where the language used is English for the considerable duration. I am back in my country trying to get into Universities and I am somehow stuck to not getting perfect scores in TOEIC. I have taken SAT and TOEFL before, so I thought getting full marks on TOEIC would be a piece of cake. But I am somehow stuck on 950/990. The problem I see is that I am a slow reader compared to my friends, Also, I used to ignore all the advertisements that I get in the emails, flyers. The problem with this is that whenever I see something advertisement-ish or flyers, which TOEIC Reading comprehensions are involved, I often don’t read it thoroughly; it’s almost as if this is a habit. What should I do to overcome this? Your suggestions are welcomed.
