International Student Columbia 2013 Undergrad

Hello everyone, I would like to study Law or Engineering at Columbia in 2013. I come from Flanders, Belgium and next year I’m going to do IB in the UK, at Hockerill Anglo-European College, which is one of Britain’s flagship academies.
In Belgium, I’ve always studied Latin combined with high level Mathematics, and my average grade is 85%, which is not great but I’m in the top 5% of my year. Note that education in Flanders is known for being in the top 5 of the world, according to OESO. Next year, I’m doing IB and I’m taking Chemistry HL, Physics HL and Mathematics HL, combined with French, History and English in SL. I’ve played hockey, tennis and I’ve done swimming and some charity too.
French and Dutch are both my native languages and after graduation I would be perfectly trilingual.
Going to Columbia has always been my dream and I wondered if my chances were any higher given I’m an international student, and that people in the USA think Europe’s so fancy?
I was wondering if it’s worth considering my application, but I would do everything in my possibility to get in! Do you people think I have a chance?
Thank you!

It would be really helpful if someone chanced me! But I know you get this a lot…
