If I have 12 credits and I fail a class as an international student would I be kicked out?(12 credits is the minimum you need as an international)
No, you failed it so it will effected your gpa. You need to talk to your advisor. Problem with penn state when you redo the class they don’t drop the F. At registration you should be at 12 credit minimum. You also might have issue if your major is a controlled major with a minimum GPA requirement
