<p>I’m a from small town in INDIA and wish to join a US university in fall 2015.They reqire two letters of recommendation…I’ve choose MY ENGLISH PROFESSOR and MY MATH TEACHER.they have written for me. NEITHER OF THEM HAVE EMAIL IDs NOR THEY’RE FAMILIAR WITH THE PROCESS.I HAVE HELPED THEM IN CREATING EMAIL ID AND WILL BE CONDUCTING ALL OTHER PROCEDURES IN THEIR PRESENCE…IS THERE A PROBLEM??</p>

DO THE ADMISSION AUTHORITIES EVER CONTACT VIA PHONE WITH THE RECOMMENDER?btw i don’t think they do</p>
<p>It’s fine for you to assist with the mechanical process of filling out the teacher and school forms online, but not to translate or provide any information relating to you individually. If that is necessary, it should be done by someone unrelated to you, preferably someone associated with your school. </p>
<p>Admissions offices do follow up sometimes with direct contact to schools or recommenders. You can’t control this, so there is no point worrying about it. Just be sure to be honest and forthright in the entire application process. It is understandable that there may be a language barrier. Schools sometimes engage investigators with language proficiency to make these contacts.</p>
<p>Also, if you are applying now, you will be starting school in fall 2014 not 2015, and typing in all caps is considered equivalent to shouting and isn’t appropriate for your post.</p>
