<p>hi, I’m an international student. My SAT is 2020 (read+maths=1380), but i’m retaking it again. I know that i can apply to many schools with this, but financial constraints hinder me. I cannot afford total costs (tui+living) more than abt 20k per yr.</p>
<p>I’m applying to honors (bcos peop say that honors is good for academically inclined students with limited financial support) in business in Louisiana state U in Baton rouge (bcos it offers generous scholarship), U of minnesota-twin cities, Buffalo in NY.
Which is the best & why? (my hunch says minnesota, but i’m not sure i can afford it)</p>
<p>does anyone have any suggestion of any Uni (considering quality,cost, and scholarship) I should apply to with my circumstances?
