Are the following scores good for an international student who’s looking for a scholarship:
ACT -31
ACT essay -9/12
AP Chemistry-4
AP Physics 1- 3
There is very little money for international students at most schools. AP scores aren’t usually used for merit money, just GPA and ACT/SAT scores. Search here and you will find other threads on this topic.
As @MA2012 said, the APs aren’t really used for merit aid. Your ACTs might be on the low side for significant (full ride or close to it) scholarships.
However, your ACT could be high enough to get you the in-state tuition rate at less selective state schools. At Montana State University, for example (a very nice school), that ACT score would put your cost of attendance at around $22,500 per year instead of the $40,000 out-of-state rate. Call that a scholarship if you want.
