<p>What is your immigration status? Some people who do not have green cards are eligible to file the FAFSA. You need to look at the FAFSA website and find out if you are in one of those special categories. If you are a refugee, you might be.</p>

<li>What is “the beauty college”? I might be mistaken but the post sounds like you are on a hook of some for-profit college. If it is true don’t go there, it is a rip off. </li>

<p>To work in this industry (beauty business, hairdresser etc…) you have to get license/certification, and the easiest way to do it is through community college. Community colleges are cheaper, they accept all students and the difference between tuition for district residents, out-of district residents and foreign residents is not that huge. Also, community college is the only way where you still can get a degree working part time without any financial aid and loans.</p>
