So I sent in my ED2 applied to CAS Physics, very nervous.
I’m from Hong Kong, lived in Shanghai for 8 years, and New York for 1 year.

SAT 1980

CR 610
M 780
W 590

Subject Tests
Math II 800
Physics 720

GPA 91.6 unweighted (I think my school only sent my junior grades, I don’t know)
Rank 4/53 (small school)

Toefl 94

EA
Soccer
Math League
Internship at fashion company as bookkeeping assistant
Production Assistant for a music video shoot
Fundraiser for Making Strides Against Breast Cancer (I’m the team leader, recruited 17 team members and raised over $800 in less than 2 weeks)
Assembly chain worker in a factory in Shanghai (summer job a few years ago)

Honor roll
National Honor Society

Good recs from school and teachers + 1 rec from a professional

But the worst thing is my curriculum at high school is not rigorous. I only got to take 2 APs, no AP in junior since I just moved here. T_T

Anyone wanna chance me? I know the best thing I can do right now is to wait, but I really wanna know how likely I’ll get in.

Thanks!!!

I think you have a good application, if your essay and supplement answers are great then I wouldn’t see why not. They only look at curriculum based on the classes offered to you, and since AP is not ubiquitous abroad, I’m sure it won’t count against you.
