Is there any chances for international students to get the full ride monies at COA? Has it happened before? As it is hard for me as an Egyptian student to spend more than $4K annually. So I was asking is there any special cases ?
You need to ask the financial aid office at COA about this. They will be able to tell you whether or not international students receive that kind of aid.
