does this apply to other top schools like Upenn and Cornell?</p>
<p>I dont think so. I saw other colleges’ homepage (including Cornell), but they seemed to accept international transfer students.</p>
<p>yeah, they accept us, but i saw there’s some stuff, like dartmouth won’t let me transfer, it’ll only take me as a freshman</p>
