International transfer with a good question

Are transfer applicants to CAS required to send in SATs? I checked on the site, the transfer application guide, and everywhere else, but all it says is “ILR- no SATs needed
CAS- if previously taken”

By the way, I just put in the ILR part to sort of differentiate between the two. Now, what if one HAS, in fact, taken the test, but is not happy with one’s score and would rather not submit it? Is that grounds for expulsion or anything (if accepted, of course)?

I guess that means that they really want to have additional input to determine what makes you different than the others who also have the same sort of background. So, if you have taken SAT before, and going to apply for CAS then you are “required” to submit it.

Note: Of course they wouldn’t know if you have taken it or not, but if that would add more weight to why they should accept you, you should! (i.e., if you get accepted without submitting the score even though you took the test in the past, then there is no big deal about it; at least that’s what I thought…)

My SAT score could possibly be grounds for rejection. I am, however, still waiting for the Jan 23rd scores (they’re late :frowning: )

I just don’t want to get in trouble for not sending them in. Can I get input from transfers who’ve chosen not to send their SATs in (for CAS).

Thanks, Fri3nds04.
