i was accepted by university of washington-seattle (premajor), university of toronto (commerce), and university of western ontario (Management). I live in Canada currently. SAT: 2180, SAT II: (math II-790, mandarirn-800, US history-750). work experience, 3.5 high school GPA. which school presents a more favorable chance for me to transfer to USC-Marshall, Cornell, Georgetown, Boston College, UC berkley, or Notre Dame?? and what courses should i take in each school?? does going to a mediocre US university give me an advantage?

Because you’re an international student, going to either university will not make a huge difference in terms of transfer prospects to any of the American institutions you’ve listed (you’re chances are small regardless). I’d say take a close look at all three schools and, if you’re adamant about transfer, at least pick a school you will be most comfortable to study at for a year or two. Personally, I see UofT and UW as your best bets, but choose the school that you think will put you in the best possible environment to achieve a good GPA, develop your extracurriculars, and facilitate steps towards your major.
