International Volunteering/Internship for pre-med student?

<p>I’m very interested in doing some international clinical-based work (either paid or unpaid). I have a strong clinical volunteering background- over 200 hrs at the local hospital in surgical/medical intensive care and the ETC. I’m fairly well acquainted with basic clinical procedures, and I can easily function as an NA.</p>

<p>Does anyone know of any organizations that I could work/volunteer with on an international basis? I was thinking about emailing doctors without borders, or some similar group, and seeing if I could piggyback on an aid mission.</p>
