Hello,
I have 2 opportunities to pick from this summer. First one is going to a summer school and taking medical courses, like the one in JHU. And my second opportunity is doing a 3 week internship in an hospital.

Which one would be more beneficial for me and more affective on my college application ?

Could you elaborate on the type of “summer school” this is? Would you be taking non-credit courses, or would you be enrolled in regular undergraduate classes at a college/university? In addition, how many weeks are the courses?

Also, could you elaborate on the type of hospital internship this is? Would you be shadowing a physician, or doing paperwork?

As for the one that would be “more affective [sic] on [your] college application”, there’s no simple answer, if you think about it. You should pick the one that will mean more to you, not an adcom. Both will be effective if you make them that way.
