Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology has a specific program to match disabled students into internships. It appears this program has been around since 2020, but this is the first I’ve heard of it.
S23 will be applying to Rose, and received an email about this program. He doesn’t have a disability, but this would be a huge selling point if he did! Honestly, it’s a selling point anyway because this is awesome and it means they’re really doing something right. We were similarly impressed by the amazing disability resources available at Rochester Institute of Technology, with the National Technical Institute for the Deaf.
Just want to make sure people are aware of this program – could be a big plus for students that can take advantage of it!
