<p>I was wondering if formal on-site college interviews are Confidential? As in they will not disclose anything discussed with parents or anyone outside of the admissions process circle? (This is for interviewees under 17)</p>

<p>In normal circumstances, there would be no reason for information from a college interview to be used outside the admission process.</p>
<p>Having said that, there is no guarantee of confidentiality in this process. I suppose you can request an interviewer to hold information confidential before you reveal it.</p>
<p>The only thing that comes to mind like this is “My parents want me to apply here - but I don’t want to go.” If that’s the case, I believe that your wishes will be respected."</p>
