Interview Question for EAs!!!!

Hey guys…just wondering about the type of questions they asked you guys in your interviews??

Sorry if this has already been covered, I couldnt find it seeing how Im new here and all…sorry!

i had a phone interview because schedualling was an issue, but i have to say that he did most of the talking… we talked alot about yale…what i liked about it what he liked about it, why i want to go there etc. we talked a little about my school too (my interviewer had also gone to my HS too). and that was about it… took about a half hour. good luck

Yeah, the questions will be based on your background, interests, or something familiar.

I’m pretty sure your interviewer won’t spring a random question on you such as, “For $32,000, which of the following buildings is not an example of Gothic-styled architecture at Yale?”

That is, of course, as long as your interviewer isn’t Regis Philbin. But I think he’s an alumnus of Notre Dame, so no worries.

My alumni interviewer was fairly laid back. He only asked one standard interview type question. “If you were able to change any one thing in your school, what would it be?” It seemed like he tossed it in as an obligatory. We mainly went on random discussion about interests, intellectualism, miscellania… It was very casual and stress-free (unlike my Princeton interview).
