<p>Hey guys…I was just wondering if anyone had any tips on the “What do you have to contribute to our school?” question. Looking at some of the resumes of other CC members I feel like I don’t have much to offer, but I’m sure there’s something, and maybe I just don’t know how to formulate what I have into an answer…
For extra curriculars and stuff I have
peer mentoring
Chinese ribbon dance
Asian Students’ Association’s Scroll (its a yearbook/scrapbook/literary magazine mix)
yearbook committee
the Franklin Institute (a very well-known and well-liked science museum in Philadelphia)
I help out at Variety Club events (organization for disabled children)
Haverford College Cascade Mentoring Program (summer 06, tested out tablet pcs for efficiency in the classroom with comp sci professor)
Governor’s School for Global Entrepreneurship summer 07
and some other stuff but they’re minor…
