Interview too short?

I am not sure, but how much impact does interview have on your application. Like is it just an report on how u interact with a person? Mine was brief and it seems as if like an information secession, nothing stretched out, I tried but the interview just didn’t extend. I have heard stories here about kids having good time in discussing interesting stuff.

Don’t worry about it. It can depend on what kind of interviewer you get. One of my interviews was only 15 minutes.

I never got an interview at all and I got in EA, so you’ll be fine if they like your essays.

My two interviews that I’ve had were about 30 minutes (it was between school and work, so we were under a time constraint) and an hour.

And both of them were at law offices. That was kind of nervewracking

Mine with a Chicago Alum was about an hour. I think I came off as too boring. Sometimes, I couldn’t tell what the interviewer was saying because he had an intense european accent. I just nodded and smiled :(

Mine interviewer was really young(23) and we had a great time, and it was about 1 hr anf 15 mins.

Mine was about 20 minutes. He really liked to argue- I cringed.
But I got in-

Don’t worry, I was told by Ted Oneil himself that interviews can only help you.

Oh, I hope that’s true. I got onboard the Chicago train a little late - too late to request an interview - but now I love it and I really wish I’d gotten the chance. I think my essays were good, though.

Interviews are something that can help you but not really hurt you. If they meet you in person and find you very interesting, etc., they’ll probably have a harder time stamping a big N-O on your application.

My interview was about 45 minutes; it might have lasted longer if I hadn’t wanted to go on the tour. I had a great time, but the last part of it was like an info session.

my interview was awesome, she was young and really interested, total it was 1 hour 30 minutes
