<p>The interview you by a deadline given to them by the college. Basically before Thanksgiving for early and before the end of March for regular.</p>
<p>The interview isn’t a big piece of the puzzle for most kids. Not all schools require them and not every applicant will be given the oppurtunity to interview.</p>
<p>If the interview goes incredibly well then your interviewer’s recommendation can be a big help. But it’s the same for the reverse, if your interview hates you, you show up late, or you just make a bad impression it can be a large part of what puts you in the rejection pile.</p>
<p>But arguably other parts of the application process are MUCH more important.</p>
