Intro/elective courses

Sorry for asking so many questions ^^; I’m filling out my course selection for the intro and elective courses, and perhaps I just missed it, but I cannot find any information about these courses on the website or this forum. I can only tell so much by the name.
What can you tell me about any of these courses?

Also, very silly question, but what does it mean to get placement credit? Apparently I have credit for placement, but not for actual class credit.

Social Science Elective - I selected Intro to Micro as my first option, but I’m not sure what I should put for my second and third options.

Intro to Micro
Intro to Macro
International Approach Geography
Physical Geography
Intro to Global Studies
Gender and the World
American Government
International Relations
General Psychology
Intro to Sociology

Intro Theology

Christian Theology: An Intro
Christianity in History

Thank you so much, this helped me understand what the courses were about.

general psych and soc ive heard are usually pretty good classes… and definitely and intro to christian theology over christianity in history!!! the intro class is about faith and kinda interesting as opposeed to chrisitianity in history which is more so facts about christianity and just not fun to sit through.

I decided on micro/macro/global studies (1st, 2nd, and 3rd choice respectively). I thought the exact same thing about the Christianity course and decided on theology over history. One history class is enough for me x_x
